Born in Richmond, November 15, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Berkley D. Ashworth and Gladys Moore Ashworth. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles R. “Chuck” Woods, Jr.
Ann was a retired self-employed flooring contractor in northern Virginia. She is known for her sarcastic sense of humor, her fiery red hair, crocheting, reading books and loving her dog Sky.
She is survived by her daughter Brooke Nafarrete and her husband Carlo of Orange County, CA; her brother Ralph B. Ashworth of Lynchburg; three step-sons, her best friend Mary Trombadore and her beloved dog Sky.
