Gary, I was so sorry to read of the passing of your mother.  She certainly lived a long life, with so many left to carry on her legacy!!  You and Linda will be in my thoughts and prayers.

What a blessing it has been to know such a Godly woman, as Annie Mae Witt!  She was always so sweet and kind.  We know that she is in the presence of our Dear Precious Lord, and with her loved ones, who have already been called home.  But I know, even though we have been blessed for 96 years, we just don't want to give her up.  Please know that each of you are in my thoughts and prayers.  She will certainly be missed by anyone that ever met her.

Many good memories of Annie Mae - as a 12 yr old child in GA's at Leesville Road Baptist
church, we learned God's Word and much good advise on living  in general from  'Mrs. Witt" -
though even as a child we were allowed to call her Annie Mae.  She was so kind & opened
her home to all of us kids at church.  My condolence to her family as they grieve her passing
- at the same time blessed to know we'll gather with her again.   Gary & Linda you have my

Dear Family,
  We at Sandusky Baptist Church share your grief and sorrow, as well as your time of rejoicing in the Lord.
Anna Mae has been one of the boldest witnesses of our Savior that I have known. When I would see her, we would share stories of sharing Christ with telephone solicitors. We had to chuckle on occasion as we shared our stories. Also, I noticed that every time she entered a room, it was like a ray of sunshine had just entered, and room was suddenly much brighter.
  We will all miss her, but at the same time look forward to seeing her again when we all get to heaven! Our church will continue to pray for all of you.

My love and deepest sympathy to the family of Anna Mae. I have wonderful memories of spending time with your family growing up. Alvin and Anna Mae would load up their camper and bring the family to Boone in the summers. They always treated me so kindly. Trips to Land of Oz and spending time with your family was a highlight every year. She was such a special lady and devout Christian who truly showed God’s love to everyone she knew. The world will miss her vibrant spirit but the celebration in heaven will last forever. 

Annie Mae was a beacon of light, love, and hope.  Our lives were enriched for having been a part of hers. We will miss her grace, wisdom and always easy smile.

Annie is survived by five generations of family including her children, Gary Witt (Linda) of Evington, Linda Adams (Kenneth) of Evington and Arlene Gunter (Jeff) of Evington; eight grandchildren, Greg Witt (Kim), Renee Trent (Randy), Ben Adams (Christi), Chris Witt (Susan), Ethan Gunter (Maddie), Taylor Gunter (Jillian), Timothy Gunter and Sydney Gunter; seven great grandchildren, Emily Scott (Ian), Alyssa Moon (Michael), Kara Witt, Alexis Trent, Mina Adams, Kylie Witt and Avery Witt; one great-great granddaughter, Brinley Scott; and numerous nieces and nephews.
