Born on August 15, 1996, in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, Brandon spent his formative years exploring the natural beauty of his home state—developing a lifelong passion for the outdoors that became central to his life. Brandon felt most at peace in the beauty of the wild and enjoyed exploring the roads less traveled. He had a deep appreciation for sunrises and sunsets - moments he never took for granted. His enthusiasm for the outdoors was a way of life that he shared deeply with his family and friends.
He was also an avid hockey player, a sport he began playing at age 12. Brandon brought the same strength, discipline, and camaraderie to the rink that he displayed in every area of his life.
Brandon had a unique and infectious energy that left a lasting impression on everyone he met. His adventurous spirit, warm smile, and contagious laughter brought joy to those around him, and his positive outlook inspired others to embrace life more fully. He touched the lives of many through his friendships. He had a remarkable ability to connect with people—his presence lifted others, and he made everyone feel seen, valued, and appreciated. His friend groups were more like extended family, and the impact he had on those around him will continue to be felt in countless ways.
Brandon was a caring husband and father whose love for his extended family was deep and enduring. He and his wife built a life filled with cherished memories and worked hand-in-hand to raise their sons with love and affection. As a father, Brandon was his kids' biggest fan, their hero—and above all, their best friend. They cherished the bond they shared, and those connections will live on forever in their hearts and lives.
He attended Liberty Christian Academy and Amherst County High School before proudly serving his country in the United States Navy, where his commitment to service was matched by his adventurous spirit. He attended Thomas Road Baptist Church and most recently worshipped at Waymaker Church, where his faith continued to grow and guide him.
Brandon is survived by his wife, Mary Salvia; and their two sons, Damon Salvatore Salvia and Atticus James Salvia. He is also survived by his parents, Clifford and Donna Salvia; his sister, Summer Scott and her husband Mark; his brothers, Adam Salvia and his wife Kristin, and Aaron Salvia and his wife Heather. Brandon was a beloved uncle to Samson, Scarlett, and Sterling Scott; Violet, Isla, and Adeline Salvia; and Beckham and Kalina Salvia. He is also remembered with love by his in-laws, Ron and Susan McCafferty, and Mary's sister, Sarah Quarles, and brother, Jack McCafferty along with a wide circle of extended family and friends.
A memorial service celebrating Brandon’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Thomas Road Baptist Church. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:30 a.m. until the start of the service.

Brandon's loving spirit will live on, guiding and comforting all who were blessed to know and love him.
