Carlton Ross Dunn

Born June 9, 1931 in Campbell County he was a son of the late Harvey Samuel Dunn and Ruby Huffman Dunn. Mr. Dunn retired as an electrician, and was a member of Jordan Baptist Church.

Carlton is also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Lou Dunn.

In addition to his wife, Doris, Carlton is survived by his children, Wanda Gail Taylor and husband, Jay, Michael A. Dunn, William H. Dunn and wife, Donna, Audrey L. Dunn and her fiancé Jerry L. Smith; brothers, Lyle Dunn and wife, Margie, Preston Dunn and wife, June; sister, Aurelia Lindsay; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a special niece, Debrah L. Cox

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Jordan Baptist Church by Dr. Melvin Campbell. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from 7-8:30 p.m. at Whitten Timberlake Chapel
