Cecil Carlyle Williams, 65, of Madison Heights passed away Friday, April 9, 2021, at his residence. Born January 18, 1956, in Richmond, he was the son of the late James Wilson Williams, Sr. and the late Nellie Hazel Litchford Williams. Cecil is survived by his siblings, Donald Pitts of Lynchburg, Alvin Williams of Powhatan, Angie Cash and her husband Lee of Amherst, Lisa Williams of Altavista and Carla Williams of Appomattox; and other loving family members and friends.
