Chad Logan Ward

He was born on March 2nd, 1980 in Richmond, VA to Jesse S. and Karen B. Ward. On May 18th, 2002, he married Katie J. Robinson, one week after graduating from Liberty University.

Chad spent the majority of his career in law enforcement. He was a devoted Redskins and Nationals fan. His life motto was “everybody needs a Chad.”

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his two children, Logan Daniel and Brynna Grace; his brother, Adam K. and his wife Jennifer; his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Jean Bradshaw; and his paternal grandmother, Miyoko Ward.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Richard Ward.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, March 25th, 2017 at Thomas Road Baptist Church, 1 Mountain View Road, Lynchburg, VA 24502, with Reverend Garet D. Robinson officiating.
