In addition to his parents Charles was preceded in passing by his daughter Tina Tyree.
Those left to cherish Charles's memory include his son David Mitchell; his brother P.H. Mitchell; his grandchildren Crystal Ann Mitchell and David Edward Mitchell; and his great-grandchild Adream Cloud St. Louis.
A visitation for Charles will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 5 to 7 pm at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
A graveside service will take place Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 1 pm at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
