Clarissa Wilson Beverly

Born on August 23, 1951 in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Irvin Ray Wilson and the late Clara Page Wilson. Clarissa retired from Parker Hannifin and enjoyed shopping and going to the casinos.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Kaleb Peters and Kameron Johnson and a brother, Irvin Ray “Junebug” Wilson, Jr.

In addition to her husband, Clarissa is survived by her sons, Rodney Wilson (Anita Andrews) and Keith Beverly (Amanda Jennings); step-daughter, Tonya Beverly; six grandchildren, Darius Wilson, Dontae Wilson, Kamden Beverly, Isaiah Beverly, Jayden Beverly, and Jermaine Andrews; three great grandchildren, Jayce Wilson, Kaedon Wilson, and Maliyah Wilson; two nephews whom she raised, Justin Wilson and his son, Jussiah Wilson and Adrian Liggons; brother, David Wilson; sisters, Dorothy Abbott (Clarance), Wanda Wilson, and Gwendolyn Jones; and numerous other family members and friends.

A celebration of Clarissa’s life will be held at a later date.
