

Born in Campbell County, October 23, 1948, he was the son of the late LeRoy Leonard Eubank and Estelle Grogan Eubank. David was a US Marine Corps. veteran and served during Vietnam. He retired from Alliance Industrial Conveyer and was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Association. He loved the outdoors and was a motorcycle enthusiast fondly known as “Chopper Dave”.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, L. Neal Eubank.
Survivors include two sons, David H. Eubank, Jr. and his wife Stefanie of Forest and Matthew L. Eubank and his fiancé Lisa of Evington; one daughter, Amanda E. Cash and her husband Scott of Madison Heights; six grandchildren, Carter L. Eubank, Taylor Page Cash, Cameron S. Cash, Michael Eubank, Daniel Eubank and Racheal F. Cash; his sister-in-law, Janice Phelps Eubank Minor and nieces and nephews, Rhonda and Eddie Burgess and Larry and Anna Eubank.
A service celebrating his life will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with the Rev. Todd Blake officiating. Interment will follow in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family encourages those who have bikes to feel free to ride them to the service and motorcycle attire is welcome.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, February 26, 2016 at the funeral home.
