David Michael Terry

David Michael Terry, 63, was called home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 at Hickory Hill Retirement Community in Nottoway County, Virginia. David was born on September 19th, 1960 in Lynchburg, Virginia to the late Eston Morehead Terry & the late Bessie (Terry) Newman. David, an avid outdoorsman, was a former employee of Woodall & Lang Inc, a roofing contractor in Lynchburg, Virginia. He was also a graduate of Heritage High School class of 1979. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a brother William (Billy) Jones Jr. and stepfather Earl Harold Newman. David is survived by a brother, Gerald Terry of Cumberland, Virginia, a sister Donna (Terry) Breshears of Middleburg, Florida; and nephews, Christopher Terry and Matthew Terry; and nieces, Hedi Avery and Amanda Breshears. A graveside service will be held at the Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Cumberland Virginia on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 1 pm with Pastor Wesley Yoder officiating.
