Debora Frances Race Lehmann, age 63 of Forest passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at her home.
She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 30, 1955, daughter of the late Charles and Yvonne Race.
Debbie served her country proudly in the United States Air Force. She worked with Avon for several years and won awards for Best in Sales, for 3 years running from 1987 – 1989. Her love of her children showed as she served as a Girl Scout leader for her daughter, Dawn as well as team mother, for the girls and boys soccer teams for both Dominic and Dawn.
She is survived by her loving husband, Douglas Lehmann; son Dominic Lehmann of Forest; daughter, Dawn Lehmann Wright of Newark, Texas; grandsons, Rion Wright of Texas, Maddox and Miller Lehmann of Forest; brothers, Mike Race of Houston, Texas and Gregory Race of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
A celebration of life will be held at 6:00 pm on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Rev. Jay Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service until 8:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Drive, Memphis, TN 38105.
