Emelda Timbas Williams

Emelda Timbas Williams, 60, of Lynchburg, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2020. She was the loving wife of Lawrence Harold Williams. Born on January 4, 1960 in Talavera, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Escidro Timbas. Emelda loved to sing, dance, cook, and garden. She had the biggest heart for such a small woman and a gift for giving. She always had a smile on her face and a laugh you could never forget. Emelda is survived by her husband, Larry Williams; children, Reinier Gonzales Timbas Russell, Cassie Russell, Rebbeca Welnowski, Robert Quimen, Jr., and Roxanne Quimen; one grandson Elijah Russell, one granddaughter due in October, Alleria Welnowski ; brother, George Madamba, Jr.; and numerous other family members and friends in Lynchburg and the Philippines. There will be no formal services at this time.
