Born March 31, 1947, in Independence, KS, he was a son of the late Oscar Franklin Baker and Mary Fox Sprague. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Baker.
Mr. Sprague was retired from the United States Army, having served in Vietnam. He later retired from the Dept. of Energy.
Survivors include his daughter, Maggie Stelling; and a granddaughter, Arianna Stelling, both of Lynchburg; a brother, Robert Sprague and wife Marilyn, of Independence, KS.
Per Mr. Sprague’s request there will be no services.
