Born in Camden, New Jersey, July 28, 1944 he was the only child of the late Harry Howard Blank and the late Edna Estelle Baldwin Blank.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret J. Blank of Lynchburg; one son, Kenneth Barton Blank of Beaufort, SC; two daughters, Shari Lynne Blank of Williamstown, NJ and Kimberly Fantacone of South Hampton, NJ and one grandson, Christopher Fantacone.
A celebration of Harry’s life will be held on Monday, August 19, 2013 at the Fraternal Order of Police lodge on Wiggington Rd. beginning at 6:00 p.m. After which the family will receive friends and host a reception until 8:00 p.m.
