

She was born in Evington on March 8, 1938, daughter of the late Sidney Jubal Witt and the late Lola Bell Swain Witt.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by three daughters, Beverly Daniel and husband David of Chesterfield, Carol Arthur and husband Steve “Bear” of Monroe, and Lori Cardwell and husband Clinton of Rustburg; three sisters, Shirley Phillips, Jean Hall and Phyllis Hall; eleven grandchildren, Christy Daniel, Courtney Moore, Tim Penick, Brandi Wade, Sarah Smith, Christopher Penick, Jarrode Coles, Heather Soper, Lindsay Arthur, Calvin Unroe, Jr., and Jade Unroe; as well as twenty one great grandchildren and special friends, Sharon Speas, Judy Moon, and Faye Bartley.
Isabelle retired from Campbell County Social Services after 25 years of service. She was a charter member of Langhorne Chapel Community Church as well as being an avid traveler who loved to play bingo and had a real zest for life.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm with Reverend Dwight Weaver officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
