He was the son of the late Clyde and Nellie Dalton.
Survivors include two daughters, Randi Franklin and husband Gregg and Angel Dalton; two brothers Clyde W. Dalton and wife Diane, Jerry Dalton and wife Pam; two sisters, Carolyn Hart and husband Richard and Donna Wright; two grandchildren, Trinity Dalton and Jasmine Franklin.
He was a country boy at heart who in his younger days was an avid fisherman and who loved to go riding in the country.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, September 25, 2017 at Mulberry Baptist Church Cemetery in Nathalie.
