James was born September 28, 1965 in Altoona, PA., a son of Patrick Charles Hahn and Mary Helen Hahn of Lynchburg. He was employed with Trane Company in Roanoke. Jimmy was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting but his greatest love was his two children and his family.
He is survived by his cherished children, Kayla Grace Hahn and Colton James Hahn both of Salem, his sister, Patricia Elizabeth Cofflin of Forest; three brothers, Thomas Joseph Hahn of Evington, Timothy Robert Hahn of Forest and John William Hahn of Evington and a number of nieces and nephews.
One sister, Brenda Marie Hahn preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be private.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to benefit his children Kayla and Colton. A trust fund will be established and checks made be made payable to his brother Thomas Hahn, 407 Goggin Rd., Evington, VA 24550 who will administer the estate.
