Joe ❤ I'm glad that I got to know u at first then when found out I was pregnant with joseph u married as a good man would do u took careless us we had 3 wonderful kids u loved them so much and when he took our Jena and joshua u still loved me and joseph for 11and a half years they were wonderful years and I pray that u forgive me and only u and god knows I have and will always love u and a special place in.my heart take care and hugs and kisses to our kids in heaven I miss those sunday  football games and those bets I'm watching over joseph and he misses u and those calls  and I miss those bowling we used to do love and prayers to a wonderful wonderful man ❤ love always your ex wife patricia

Papa joe we will absolutely miss you. We will miss you yelling at the Tv screen when the redskins are playing and having the tv up almost all the way. You were a great man and nanny and all of us loved you very much. 

Joseph and Shelley . Joe was a good guy. Quiet and a hard working man. He try to make things right with Joseph after Shelley came into Joe’s life. I did not know Joe that well. Phillip thought a lot of him. Your both in our prayers and our hearts. Even though he will be missed here on earth maybe you can get some peace knowing he is with Nina and Joshua. 

Joe you were my my love, my heart, my sunshine. I will cherish our memories. Your support, love and nurturing was amazing! Till we meet again. Thank you for being so good to the kids and grandkids. Such a gentle soul. We fit together. I’m happy you are with Nena and Joshua along with everyone who passed. I love you and will miss you every day. Joseph and I will be there for each other

Mr. Mann was an exceptional employee as well as a friend. We've worked together for many years and I'm going to miss our conversations. To everyone else he was either Joe or James, but (to me) he was "Mr. Mann". I pray for peace and comfort for the family and send my condolences. 

To  my brother I love you very much will never forget you . When we were little we had some good times together. As we got older we drift some but you was  all ways in my heart and I am glad I got to tell you .I Love You  before you left me. 💔❤️🙏 I hope and pray I get to see you again. Until than we have to be strong and carry on. I remember when we was young I always tryed to protect you. I want forget you!!!! I prayed for you all the time. Hello Mom and Joseph I just wanted to share my memories of Joe and how I felt about him.  I cherish the moments we had playing cards, family gatherings, and family vacations. I loved how he treated everyone around him and especially the love for all of his grandchildren and children. He was a great role model for all of us. He was someone that we could look up to. Most of all I love how he treated you mom. He cherished you and showed you that there is that perfect person for you out there. He took care of all of us and I'm going to do my best to do the same. We will all miss your Cup Of Joe and Joseph's Redskins Man! I love you Joe and thank you for filling the void when my dad passed.

Papa joe he was my role model and he was the sweetest papa ever I loved him so much he always knew how to make me smile he pushed me to get through my high school year

Papa Joe  is a really good  grand father we had lots of fun we watch TV all the time and sleep with nanny and papa Joe I don't like to leave papa Joe he was the best grand father we had fun in vacation. 

Joseph I remember that your dad was a quiet and gentle man. He was a nice man. I know that you will miss him a great deal. I send my heartfelt sympathy to you and your family.💕🌹








Joe was a kind and special man. Even though we were brother and sister and didn’t have a very close relationship, he was there for me in my worse times of need,  especially when my husband of 42 years passed away during Christmas in 2009 and he was also with me when our Dad passed away at Christmas in 2010. He was a joy to behold during those times. In times of need, he always was there. My son Wayne, would see Joe real often, and always would tell me about him and also Shelley at times.  Wayne enjoyed his companionship.  He always told Wayne how much he was like our dad and to Wayne, that was amusing. He was a person that was very special to be around. He was quiet and reserved, a real gentleman during his lifetime. I will miss my brother and our quiet “love”! 

My memory of Joe is of him & Shelley staying at my house and realizing I don’t have any sports channels on tv.  Poor Joe was beside himself but made it through.

Papa Joe as all the Kids called this sweet and kind soul (Including my kiddo).  He loved his girls.  When I first met this kind, Mello soul all I could think of was he don’t know what he is in for.Lol.   We’re a wild bunch. But Joe went with the flow and was so laid back and chill.  As long as his races were on or football game Joe sat in his chair and greeted everyone.   And loved his girls. Gonna miss that kind soul. You are gonna be deeply missed Joe.  The angels have gained one kind person.  Wrap your arms around my girls for me and give them hugs for me. RIP Pappa Joe and rest easy my friend and watch over Ma and Joseph. 

Joe, I will never forget your kind heart and easy going personality. You never failed to put a smile on anyone’s face even in the darkest of times. I had the fortune of knowing you for almost 13 years. I will never forget always walking into nanny’s and seeing you in your chair watching some football game or the Sunday race. As we cherish you and reminisce on your amazing life the next few days, we will always know you’re here with us in spirit. Love always, Matthew. 

I remember about 2 years ago it was Christmas time and I was trying to come up with the perfect Christmas present for Joe. We all knew how much he loved the Redskins and he had just about everything you could think of when it came to his team so I had to get creative. I decided that I would make him a Washington Redskins wreath to go on their front door. So I got to work making it. I remember giving Joe that wreath on Christmas and how much he loved it. He bragged on that wreath to everyone that came through the door. You would have thought I had given him gold bars with how excited he was over that. It was the best gift I ever gave him and it warmed my heart to see how much he loved it. I will miss you Joe. You filled in the hole that my children had from not having a living Grandpa. You will never know how much that meant to me. They love you and will miss you dearly as will I. RIP Papa Joe. We love you!

We had the good fortune of spending time with Joe when he was up here in Pa to visit. He always had a smile and a kind way about him. He always seemed to enjoy life and make others feel at ease with him. We will pray for Shelley his wife and family to find peace and comfort in knowing he is home now in Jesus’s loving arms. 

Joseph , I'm so sorry about your father's passing , I didn't know him well but the times I was around him he was always super nice and friendly and I know you are a amazing, strong, smart man and you could see he loved you dearly , my family sends our deepest condolences to you and Shelley during this time and just know you both will be in our prayers 

Dad, I was truly blessed to have you as my father, you always had my back an you done a wonderful job dad I'm going to miss you like crazy one thing I'm gonna miss is those 11:07am calls on your lunch break asking me how I'm doing an if I was ok .... you stuck by my side thur my darkest days, I'm gonna miss you like crazy an yes this is gonna be hard for me cause you was my rock ....  an just wanna thank you for everything... an I love you with my heart ....  an please give my sister an brother a hug an kiss an the rest of our family for me...  until I see you again dad .... just remember I'll always  love you  ..... love your son Joseph Mann!!!!

James was a good man, dependable, kind always ready and willing to help anyone. I miss him, I miss our conversations , I miss James always saying “oh I know “.

I met Joe Mann almost 30 years ago when we both had just started to work for K Mart and we became friends right away. Over the years he became more than a friend and more like a brother. He will truly be missed. Prayers for the family. Love you Joe !
