He was the loving husband of 23 years to April McCoy Keehan, the son of Tom & Judi Keehan, the brother of Jennifer Bray (Boyd), and Sharon Taulbee (Dan), and the proud uncle Johnny of Tyler, Katelyn, Olivia, Gavin, Gabriel and Lauryn.
John was a journeyman electrician by trade and a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his sweet dog, Pudge. He was an avid Steelers fan, an excellent chef, an outdoorsman, a creative handyman, and also enjoyed playing cribbage and building challenging Legos.
John will forever live in our hearts until we meet again. A private celebration of life will be held with the family at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Lynchburg Humane Society in his memory would be appreciated.
