
Born January 14, 1963 in Lynchburg, he was the son of James Daniel Dunaway and the late Frances Elaine Dunn Dunaway. Paul was a former Iron Rigger and his most recent occupation was Super Hero. “Donut” was an avid motorcycle rider and enthusiast and was a member of the ABATE of Virginia.
In addition to his father, he is survived by two brothers, Steve Dunaway and wife Lee-Ellen of Gladstone and Dennis Dunaway and wife Wendy of Evington. He is also survived by an adopted brother, Timmy Dunaway and wife Amanda of Evington; a nephew, Jacob Dunaway; a niece, Stephanie Sanders; his God-Daughter, Tiffany Tyree; an aunt, Jackie Claypoole; an uncle, Larry Blair and a special friend, Roxanne Hicks.
The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
A celebration of Donut’s life will be held at a later date, to be announced.
