Laura Lee Sexton, beloved wife, sister, and aunt, passed away on April 17, 2024 at the age of 70 years old. Born on November 22, 1953, to Jerry Don Boswell and Elizabeth Mohns Boswell, Laura lived a life filled with love, kindness, and cherished memories. Laura was married to her devoted husband, Dan Sexton, with whom she shared countless moments of joy and companionship. She leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth, touching the lives of all who knew her. In addition to her husband, Laura is survived by her dear sister, Vicki Jehl, and her brother, Eric Boswell. She will also be deeply missed by her niece, Jessica Jehl, her nephew, David Jehl, and her five great nieces and nephews, who held a special place in her heart. Laura had a passion for collecting antique plates and nesting chickens, finding beauty and charm in these timeless treasures. She delighted in exploring local restaurants and sharing meals with friends, her generous spirit making every gathering memorable. Laura's genuine kindness and welcoming nature meant she never knew a stranger, touching the lives of many with her warmth and compassion. Among her many talents, Laura was an exceptional cook, finding joy in preparing meals for her husband and family. Her specialty, meat and mashed potatoes, was always a favorite among her loved ones, bringing comfort and happiness to every table. The family will hold a private celebration of Laura's life at a later time, honoring her memory in a way befitting her loving spirit.
