Born in Lynchburg, September 29, 1952, she was a daughter of the late Hubert Earl Clark and Geraldine Crouch Clark.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Donnie A. Overstreet and one sister, Brenda Herndon.
Survivors include her son, Shawn P. Overstreet of Lynchburg; two sisters, Sherry C. Russell of Bedford and Patricia Clark Lynchburg; one brother, Terry Clark of Appomattox; two grandchildren, Leah Childress and Logan Dickerson and a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Whitten Park Avenue Chapel, after which the family will receive friends until 6:00 p.m.
