Born on March 29, 1928 in Richmond, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Virgie H. Kost, Sr.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, two brothers, and a grandson, Michael W. Keesee.
She is survived by her sister, Helen K. Moore of Lynchburg; her children, Raymond L. Toler, Jr., Charles W. Toler, Michael W. Toler, and Cherie A. Toler; two grandsons, Robert A Toler and wife Adrienne and Garrett W. Toler; and three great grandchildren, Nathan W. Ball, Ayden Hillder, and Hannah Abigail Toler.
A celebration of life service will be held at 3 pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Chaplain Jim Whitaker officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at 5 pm at the residence of Cherie Toler, 252 7th Street, Madison Heights, VA 24572.
