Lydia Wilson Parker, 95, of Lynchburg passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Frank Wilson and Lillian Wilson.

Lydia was known for her love of the Lord and of her family.

In addition to her parents, Lydia was preceded in death by her husband Garnett Parker and her son Thomas Parker.

Lydia is survived by her son Davie Parker; grandsons Tommy Parker, Dwayne Parker (Rita); her two great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; and her sisters Mary Bryan and Vernie Beahm.

Family and friends are encouraged to come to Whitten Timberlake Chapel to pay their respects from 9am to 5pm on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 1pm officiated by Pastor Dwight Weaver, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
