She was born on July 2, 1931 in Pittsylvania County, daughter of the late Earl and Ernest Jones.
Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband, Carlisle Wisecarver, Jr, and her beloved Pup Pup.
Family includes daughter, Frances Anne Wright and the late Mitchell Wright, son, Steven Ray Coffey and wife Vanessa, and daughter, Jacqueline Lee Stephens and husband Phillip. She dearly loved her grandchildren, Anne Marie Coffey, Katreese Wright, Winston Coffey, Brook Shipley, Amanda Honeycutt, Lauren Watters and the late Christopher Wright. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, October 29, 2018 at Spring Hill Cemetery with Phillip Stephens officiating.
