Born in Lynchburg, October 9, 1910, she was the daughter of the late William Thomas and Suzie Pribble Tolley. She was retired from Craddock-Terry Shoe Corporation after 40 years of service and was a member of Chestnut Hill United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, William Tolley, Oma Tolley, Elvin Tolley and Clyde Tolley.
Survivors include a special niece and nephew, Rhonda Richardson and husband Steve Hamlet of Forest and Darrell Richardson of Lynchburg.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 12, 2013 at Chestnut Hill United Methodist Church with the Rev. Becky Cloud officiating.
The family will receive friends, at the church, for one hour prior to the service.
The burial, following the service, will be private.
