He was born on August 29, 1959 in Lynchburg, son of Patricia S. Casey and the late James Burnett, Sr.
He is survived by his sisters; Lisa Childress (Bennie), Stephanie Cannon (Joe) and his brothers; Perry Burnett, Tony Burnett and Chris Casey. He is also survived by his nieces, Samena Falwell (David), Lindsey Watts (Ryker), Catie Crank; a nephew, Brian Smith; great-nieces Kaylin Smith, Caylee Mae Craft, Isabella Falwell; and great-nephews, Ethan Smith and Wyatt Falwell.
