Sheryl Lynn Hillman, 50, of Rustburg passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at her residence. She was born on January 30, 1964 to Betty Simpson Pritchett and the late John Wayne Pritchett, and she was the beloved wife of James Hillman, Jr. for 28 years.
Sheryl was a member at Lynchburg Christian Fellowship, and she loved the beach.
In addition to her husband and mother, Sheryl is survived by one daughter, Jessica Lynn Hillman of Lynchburg; one son, Kevin Earl Hillman of Lynchburg; and one sister, Donna Saunders and her husband Allen of Rustburg.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 1 PM at the Whitten Timberlake Chapel, with the Rev. Nancy Pribble officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
