Born October 4, 1950 in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Vernon Arlington Frank and Elizabeth Laubach Frank. Mr. Frank was a retired from Admiral Security. He proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps. Tom was an avid NY Yankees fan and also a WWE fan and enjoyed watching with his grandson. He was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather “Pa”.
One daughter, Angela Dawn preceded him in death.
In addition to his wife Shelby, he is survived by a daughter, Cindy Lou Davis and husband Bryan of Lynchburg; a sister, Donna Lee Sandt and husband Gary of Easton, PA and a grandson, Colton Blake Davis; two brothers-in-law, Phil Powell and wife Lisa and Tony Powell; a devoted friend, Jim Dudley and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Gethsemane Baptist Church with Pastor Carlton Duck officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the American Legion.
