Wanda Lou Taylor

Wanda Lou Taylor, 62, of Rustburg, went home to be with her Lord, Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Lynchburg General Hospital. She now has her angel’s wings and new legs to run and meet her parents, Robert William and Annabelle Coleman Taylor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by many aunts, uncles, and her best friend, Jan Morris.

Wanda is survived by two sisters, Patricia T. Eubank and husband Henry of Rustburg and Mary T. Lawhorne and husband Herman of Lynchburg; two brothers, Edward Taylor and wife Karen of Bedford and Danny Taylor and wife Marion of Forest; a brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Barbara Eubank and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Robin Buzzard officiating.

Interment will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the funeral home and other times at the residence.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or simply give a hug and do a special deed for someone else.
