

Antonio Roy Liberto was born on May 18,1931 to Antonio Raymond Liberto and Ida Bindo in Shreveport, Louisiana. Roy attended Forest Avenue High School and at the age of 15 joined the Army Air Force and served thirty-three months in Japan during the Occupation.
He and Arzella were married 48 wonderful years at the time of his death. They are members of the Alpha Baptist Church in Seven Points, Texas where he was ordained as a Deacon, which was a highlight of his life. He was also a member of Eustace Masonic Lodge, Cedar Creek Lake Masonic Lodge and Roddy Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite in Dallas, and Chapter Council and Commandary of the York Rite.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Raymond Liberto, Joseph Liberto, John Liberto and Emanuel Liberto and sisters, Jennieve and Dorothy Liberto. He is survived by his wife Arzella Liberto; son, Ronald Liberto and wife Angie and son Cory; daughters, Pamela Clark and husband David and son Anthony, and Candice Lillard and husband Jason and daughters Taylor and Mira.
Roy was blessed with the love and friendships of so many and enjoyed fishing, camping and most all of life. His hobbies included designing and preparing leaded stained glass windows and articles of joy for his loved ones. Several of his stained glass pieces are in churches in the area. He also enjoyed working with wood and enjoyed sharing with others. He was a locksmith by trade.
