Billy Michael Ortiz was born on March 25, 1985 in Mesquite, Texas to his mother Toni G. Boswell and entered into eternal rest on May 1, 2016 at the age of 31. Billy was loved by everyone who knew him. He will be tremendously missed by all.
Billy was preceded in death by his step-father Robert Martin.
He is survived by his loving mother Toni Boswell, daughters; Amelia Theller and Bella Gardner, sisters; Krystal Gardner, Tammie Press and husband Larry Ditto and Robbie Boswell, brothers; Billy Blackwell and Jonathan Baty, nieces; Caleigh Gardner and Brianna Lagard, nephews; Chris Lagard, Devin Ditto and Daniel Ditto, other loving family members and many more friends.
