Carl William Meyers Jr.

Carl William Meyers, Jr., passed from this life surrounded by his loving family on February 5, 2025. He was born on May 29, 1952, in San Antonio, Texas to Carl William and Martha Faye (Stevenson) Meyers.

Carl’s life was dedicated to his family and the love he shared with his wife, Jennifer Elaine, whom he married on October 3, 1975. Together, they built a life filled with love, joy, and cherished memories spanning nearly five decades. Carl—affectionately known as Big Daddy—rarely found anything he couldn’t build, fix, or improve. He was a true outdoorsman at heart; he enjoyed fishing and gardening, but his greatest joy was spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Carl is preceded by his parents, Carl and Martha Meyers and his little brother, Tommy Meyers. He is survived by his cherished wife, Jennifer Elaine Meyers; son James “TJ” Meyers, his wife Morgan; daughter Lana Molina, her husband Roman; grandchildren: Brock and significant other Maddy, Brice and wife Casey, Ashley, Lane, Hayleigh and numerous friends and extended family who will forever hold him in their hearts.

A celebration of Carl’s life will be held on Sunday March 9th, 2025 1:00-3:00pm, at Midlothian Civic Center 224 South 11th St. Midlothian, TX 76065 where family and friends can come together to share stories, reminisce, and honor the remarkable man he was.

Carl will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
