Chadney Shane Hunstable

A memorial service for Chadney Shane Hunstable, 53, of Gun Barrel City, will be held 10 am Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home. Mr. Hunstable passed away March 9, 2023 at his home. He was born August 12, 1969 in Dallas to William Lester and Judy Kathrine Powell Hunstable. Chad served in the US Navy from 1988 until 1992 in Charleston, SC. He then returned to Mabank. He enjoyed golfing, camping, and riding his side by side. Mr. Hunstable is preceded in death by his parents. Chad is survived by his wife, Shawna Hunstable of Gun Barrel City; son, Chadney Shane Hunstable, II of Gun Barrel City; daughter, Karen Alice Hunstable of Richmond, TX; step daughter, Josie Williams and her husband, Tyson, of Gun Barrel City; grandson, Chadney Shane Hunstable, III; granddaughter, Madelyn Grace Williams; and his sister, Susanne Harris Barney and her husband, Rodney, of Oak Point, TX.
