Christina Lynn Key

Christina Lynn Key was born on March 13, 1974 in Decatur, IL to parents John and Nelda (West) Oakley and entered into eternal rest on July 25, 2020 at the age of 46. Christina’s family was the most important thing to her, she loved them with her whole heart; especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed being with her family and friends. Christina loved going to Wal-Mart shopping. She loved a good sale. Christina was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Christina was preceded in death by her father John Oakley.

She is survived by her loving husband Lonnie Key of Athens, daughter Mercedes Sims and husband James of Athens, daughter Alexandria Key of Dallas, grandchildren; Caden Sims, Parker Sims, Braxton Key and baby Olivia; who is on the way, mother Nelda Oakley of Dallas, half-brother John Oakley Jr. of Warrensburg, IL, other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
