Deborah was born January 27th, 1952, in Dallas, TX, to the late Leroy and Canzada Russell. She was the oldest of four children, two preceded her in death. Her parents raised her up in Wilmer Hutchins, TX. She lived in and around the Dallas area throughout her life to include Seagoville, TX and most recently retiring in Kemp, TX.
Deborah married the late Richard Snell in 1969, and two children were born from this union. She spent over 40 years as a beautician in and around the Dallas area. She often went by the name “Deb” to all her beautician clientele. She loved to dance, and she loved the music of Elvis Presley. She prayed to her heavenly father constantly and loved to talk to her grandchildren and great grandson on the phone as much as possible. Deborah loved the beach and loved to send good night messages to all of her family and friends every night on Facebook.
Deborah leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Jason and Jeffery; six grandchildren, one great grandson, a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts and friends.
