Mr. Hinds passed away at his home. He was born March 10, 1947 in Boston, Massachusetts to Maurice James and Anna Matilda Avila Hinds.
George was a Catholic by faith. He grew up in Tampa, Florida. George served in the US Army during Vietnam. He then became a carpenter and remodeled houses. George loved his truck, enjoyed painting and working mind puzzles. He had a lifelong passion for learning.
Mr. Hinds is preceded in death by his parents, Maurice and Anna Hinds, and a son, Christopher Lee Hinds.
George is survived by his two sons: Frederick Hinds and Danny Hinds; seven grandchildren: Sarah, Kimberlynn, Jacob, Christina, Austin, Samantha and Lexis; nine great-grandchildren; his sister, Dorothy; six brothers: Maurice, Charlie, Johnny, Frank, Paul and Tommy; and his beloved dog, Baily.
