James Carrol Mauldin, age 83, of Gun Barrel City, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022. James was born November 16, 1938.

James is survived by his son Brett Morris of Dallas, Texas; his daughter Sherry Morris of Glenn Heights, Texas; and his son James Cameron Mauldin of Dallas, Texas; his brother Edward Mauldin of Grand Prairie, Texas; his grandchild Whitney Johnson, his grandchild Kelly McGunnis and his close friend Monty Ellingburg (Trish).

James was preceded in death by his wife Peggy Mauldin; his son Gary Morris; his parents Carrol and Eunice Mauldin; his sister Sharon Mauldin.

6 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
