A memorial service for Jennifer Houpt has been scheduled for March 11, 2017 at 2:00pm at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home in Kemp, TX. Jennifer was born December 14, 1971 in Niceville, FL to parents Roy and Lydia (Hawkins) Maynard and entered into eternal rest on February 20, 2017 at the age of 45. Jennifer was a sweet, loving and very giving individual who liked to travel and read. She had a great sense of humor and a gentle soul. Everyone who knew Jenny, loved her. She will be greatly missed.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Lois Davis.
She is survived by her husband Troy South, son Hawkins Lundy Egbert Houpt and wife Courtney, granddaughter Skyla Houpt and grandson Copeland Houpt of Birmingham, AL, sister Cindy Stock and husband John of Sachse, TX, brother Roy Maynard and wife Sarah of Lindale, TX, niece Jessica E. Lentz of Plano, nephew Kevin A. Lentz of Sachse, other family members and many friends.
