Joy Halliday Cisco was born on December 22, 1965 to parents William Distelhurst and Martha Montlbauer. She entered into rest on July 21, 2021, she loved spending time with her family. Although she loved her family she enjoyed her quiet time as well. One of the many reasons she moved from Dallas to Mabank was that it was more slowly paced not as busy as the city lifestyle. She took pride in her fairy garden and loved to garden as well. She adored her cats. Her and her husband Courtney celebrated 9 wonderful years together. Joy will truly be missed by all those that knew and loved her. May her memories live on through all the lives that she has touched.
Joy Halliday Cisco was preceded in death by her parents William Distelhurst and Martha Montlbauer, brother William “Bill” Distelhurst. Her loving husband Courtney Garcia, Sons Trey Cisco and Ryan Cisco, Daughter Kiana Kageyma, and numerous friends and family members, survives her.
Memorial services will be Saturday July 31, 2021 at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home at 11.00 Am.
