Laurie M. Gentry was born on July 28, 1948 in St. Louis, Missouri to parents Frank and Nancy (Muckerman) Blumeyer and entered into eternal rest on August 14, 2020 at the age of 72. Laurie was Catholic by faith. She worked in the insurance industry in the Dallas area for many years before retiring to the Cedar Creek Lake area. Laurie loved traveling and spending time with friends. She was an amazing lady who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Laurie was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Nancy. She is survived by five brothers; Frank, Arthur, Chris, Peter and Jimmy and two sisters; Mary Ann and Barbara.
She will be interred in St. Louis, MO, and a celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date.
