Timothy Staton

Timothy Staton was born to parents Clyde and Laura Staton on January 1, 1957. He entered eternal rest on December 21, 2020, at the age of 63. Tim was a very kind and friendly man, he never met a stranger. He cherished his family and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Tim was a hardworking man, working for the State of Texas at Tennessee Colony Correctional Facility for 10 years. He was also devoted to his military service, serving in the Army and achieving the rank of E5 before returning to civilian life. He was a member of the American Legion and was Baptist by faith. Tim married his beautiful wife, Mina on May 19, 1990 in Dallas, Texas and they began their life’s adventure together. He always made sure his family came first. He loved his children immensely and was a caring and dedicated grandfather. Tim was well loved and will be truly missed by all.

Tim was preceded in death by his wife Mina Staton; brother, Jonathan Staton and father Clyde Staton. He is survived by his children, Denise Olson and husband Greg, Mel Williams, Brandy Hudson and husband Scott; mother, Laura Raines; brothers, Robin Staton and Ron Bond; grandchildren, Ryan Olson and wife Jaime, Sarah Hargis and husband Justin, Logan Williams, Adam Williams, Haley Hudson, Casey Hudson; great-grandchildren Dawson, Annie and Jackson, who is due in March and sister-in-law, Ana Staton. Tim also leaves behind other loved ones and lifelong friends.
