

Wanda Kay (Barker) Campbell was born August 22, 1941, to parents John Thomas and Mildred (Rowe) Barker. She entered into eternal rest on December 30, 2020. Wanda was a beautiful woman with a kind heart and a generous nature. She married the love her life, Robert Campbell on November 26, 1962 and they began their life’s adventure together. Wanda was loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Her greatest joy was raising their son and creating a loving home for her family to grow. She also enjoyed dancing and was a part of the 49ers Dance Club. Wanda had a great love of horses and in her younger years was even known to show them. In her free time she could be found making jewelry. Wanda’s favorite times were those spent with her husband, son and grandchildren. She found great joy in the family they made together and it was her life’s greatest blessing.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents John and Mildred Barker; brother, Kenneth Barker. She is survived by her husband, Robert Campbell; son, Todd Campbell and wife Windy; grandchildren, Colton and Morgan Campbell; brother, John Barker as well as nieces, nephews and other loved ones.
A celebration of life will be held in her honor on January 16, 2021 at 3:00 pm at the Cowboy Church of Ennis, located at 429 SE Interstate 45 Service Rd Ennis, TX 75119
