

Bernard I. Ullrich, 75, of Cherry Valley, passed away on March 29, 2011 in Swedish American Hospital. Born November 25, 1935 in Campbellsport, WI, the son of August and Esther (Haug) Ullrich. Married Nancy Krebs on June 27, 1959 in North Fond du Lac, WI. Proudly served his country during the Korean War with the U.S Army. Worked at Barber Coleman, 36 years at Rockford Hardware Manufacturing Company and retired from A& H Precision Products. He was a lifetime member of the Belvidere VFW Post 1461 and Ellida Lodge and their Drill Team. Survived by his wife, Nancy Ullrich; sons, Jeff (Sue)Ullrich, Michael (Kathy) Ullrich, Brian (Teresa)Ullrich, Robert (Erin)Ullrich; Goddaughter, Julia (Tim) Johnson; grandchildren, Karen (John) Binger, Sarah, Jason, Steven and Kenny Ullrich, Carmen (Tony) Rangel, Courtney (Jim Burns) Tuegel, Christopher Ullrich, Alex and Katrina Johnson; great-grandson, Joshua Binger; sisters, Marie Feuerhammer and Bernice Boettcher; nephew, Ken (Marilyn) Ullrich; niece, Donna (Don) Lepsch; Lifelong friends, Gene and Ginny Kyle and their daughter, Marcia Wurtlin; special friend, Keith Rowett. Predeceased by his parents; siblings, Richard, Ione, Marcella and Claude. Funeral Mass at 11 am on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at St. Rita Catholic Church, 6284 Valley Knoll Dr. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Entombment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
