Claudette was born on December 5, 1951 in Rockford, the daughter of Claude and Fern Irene Lander Rockwell. She married Dennis Smallwood and he preceded her in death.
Claudette is survived by her children: Aaron (Monica) Harris, Darrin (Jamie) Harris, Jenny Olson and Paul (Tiffani) Wollenburg; grandchildren Tiffany, Devin, Brooke, Brianna, Ricky, Alyssa and Elizabeth; sister Roxann Helsinger; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Claudette was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dennis, siblings Ricky and Sharon.
A visitation to celebrate Claudette’s life will be Friday August 23, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home 8800 N. Alpine Road in Machesney Park.
