Emmanuel "Bill" Billie Ray Poe age 78 of Paris, Tennessee died June 18, 2018 in Nashville Tennessee at Vanderbelt Hospital. He passed from a massive stroke.

Bill was born January 10th, 1940 in Pocahontas Arkansas. He is the son of William Thomas and Dolly Elizabeth Poe. He lived for 16 years in Paris Tennessee coming from Baraga Michigan. Married to the former Jewell Kirk Bizzle in Chicago, Illinois on August 9th 1986.

Bill was employed as Vice president of marketing / sales by Pettibone Corporation for 24 years.

He was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ. His father was the founding pastor. For 58 years Bill was a member of the 32nd degree Masons.

He had a Bachelors degree in marketing and was very successful in his career. Bill enjoyed water sports such as skiing and boating. He also enjoyed working outdoors and golfing.

Bill was a devoted Christian. A loving Husband, and a wonderful father and friend. He will be greatly missed.
