Margaret G. Lamb, 96, of Rockford passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Born March 27, 1918, in Williamsburg, IA, to James and Evelyn (Durr) Keegan. Margaret was a graduate of Rockford Central High School. She married James Anderson in 1936; he predeceased her. She went on to marry R. Kay Lamb in 1964. Survivors include daughter, Patricia Plymale; grandchildren, Kathy Frewin, Bill and Rick Oman, Jeff Gessner, Audra (Eric) Johnson; 10 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great- grandchildren. Predeceased by husband; parents; daughter, Sandy Gessner; and brother, Leonard Keegan. Memorial service 11:30 a.m. Sunday, September 21, 2014, at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N.
