Margaret Jean “Peg” Alexander (Fago), 77 of Machesney Park passed away Thursday July 31, 2014 at Rockford Memorial Hospital. Margaret was born June 3, 1937 in Beloit Wisconsin, the daughter of George and Rose (Schmidt) Fago.
She married Dudley Alexander on July 21, 1956. Margaret had a passion for reading and being with her family.
She is Survived by her husband; children Robert (Deb) Alexander, Rona (Dave) Anderson, Rena (Rick) Sheldon; brothers, Daniel (Chris) Fago, Richard (Kathy) Fago; sister, Joyce Lindaas; grandchildren, Alexis (Darrell) Anderson, Anya (Jason) Anderson, Amber (Kyle) Lamb, Alexis (Darren) Alexander, Ashley (Dixon) Alexander, Alisha (Josh) Alexander; great-grandchildren, Laci, Trey, Brayden, Dylan, David and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters.
