My condolences to your family. I worked with Paul during my time with Bucher Hydraulics. I never worked directly with him, but chatted with him when he visited the office. He was always very kind. Paul's enthusiasm about motorcycles always reminded me of how much my father loves to ride as well.  I also enjoyed when he would bring treats from his garden to share with us.

RIP Paul

I was fortunate to have worked with Paul for over 20 years at Haldex (Concentric) and Bucher...but was able to call him a friend for over 25 years.   Paul was always passionate for his customers. I was able to travel with him many times and was able to see how his customers respected the way he handles himself with professionalism and honesty.  They knew he would do the best possible for them.  But as good as a salesman he was, he was an even better friend.  Even when we were not working together he would call at least once a month to see how “Jeffy” was doing.   It was always great to hear about his passion for his garden and his hunting and fishing.  But he loved most of all to talk about his family and how proud he was of his kids and grandkids and his love for his wife.  What a great role model he has has been to them and that is the best legacy he can leave behind.   I will miss you Murph!   But I know I will see you again someday in heaven.  So until then Rest In Peace my brother!!!

I worked with Paul throughout my career. First at John S. Barnes and then most recently at Bucher Hydraulics. 

Paul was a special person. He had characteristics that were great for his role in sales. I always appreciated his smart insights on sales topics and his ideas for solving problems.  He was a sales pro and put customers at ease and worked hard for them.   As a result he was very successful. 
  
On the flip side “Murph” always had great wit and would make you laugh. Countless memories and some great humor over the years!  

So what a great combination….  a business professional that was highly respected by peers and customers.  And a guy that would have you laughing over a beer once business was done.  Murph truly enjoyed his professional and personal life.  

I’ll miss my friend Murph.  Rest In Peace Paul.

I worked with Paul at John S Barnes and Haldex Hydraulics for 15 years. I really enjoyed his positive can do attitude. He was very professional and I will miss him.

As a cousin of Paul I met him and his family several times in Wisconsin during some family-reunion. I remenber how much fun he had to be out in the nature for hunting with his  brother Gary.  Paul was a great family-man. I am happy that he and Kendra visited Europe 2008 so that we were able to spend some time together.  We will miss him and keep all memories in our hearts.

I never met Paul, but have had the privileged of knowing his daughter Caitlyn.   She is a kind, hardworking, loving, passionate and dedicated person.  I'm not sure what better legacy to leave the world than having part in raising a person such as she.  

I had the pleasure of working with Paul at John S. Barnes in Statesville, NC for a short period of time. Paul was sent to Statesville to manage a gear line that was in the process of being set up. Paul knew within 3 days that he had his work cut out for him. As usual, Paul got the job done. He was a wonderful person, co-worker and friend. He will be missed. R.I.P.

My deepest condolences to Paul's family and friends. I pray you all can somehow find peace in this difficult time. 
  I had the pleasure working with Paul at Bucher Hydraulics. Paul was always eager to share is expertise, in my case it was usually about gardening . I espcially enjoyed when he shared  his excess vegetables and fruit.
  I still have pumpkin seeds which he gave me, also where he helped guide me the most.  
 The pictures in this memorial are great, thank you for sharing them. 

I met and worked with Paul at Bucher Hydraulics. Paul was hard working and a real pleasure to know and work with. Many of our customers and friends of Paul have sent there condolences. Paul was a special one that could separate business from personal life.

Paul, my little brother, sharing our growing up years will always be our bond and you will always be in my heart.

Paul and I were good friends. 
I met Paul back in the Mid 80"s in Florida at Universal Studios working on the Back to the Future Ride and all the rest there. 
We have been in contact ever since. Working together at Bucher once again. My deepest Sympathy to all family and friends of Paul.
He will be truly missed by all who new him.

In recent months I have been in contact more or less weekly with Paul for a joint project between Bucher Hydraulics in USA and Bucher Hydralics in Italy and I could appreciate his professionalism, humility and humanity in carrying out his work and in the relationship with his collaborators. 
I met Paul in person only once here in Italy for a couple of days. He made me laugh immediately because when asked what he had noticed about Italy in his first hours here, he replied. "I noticed that there are absolutely no pick-up trucks on the roads, unlike in the USA where they are everywhere...".
This is indeed very evident, but no one had ever pointed this out to me. Just a funny different approach from Paul.

I had the chance to work together with Paul the last years in my role as sales responsable for Bucher Hydraulics Elevator products.
I will have in nice memory the tours with him  across the States and evenings with Jameson and Diet Coke.

Paul is loved and missed by his wife, Kendra; children, Caitlyn (Tyler) Wingo and Jared Murphy; grandchildren, Cooper, Elliette and Blake Wingo; siblings, Gary (Beth) Murphy, Helene (Ken) Friedland, Loren Murphy, Christine (Mike) Thompto, Colleen Nolan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
