

Scott was born on January 20, 1970 and graduated from Harlem High School in 1988. He took his love of people into his career as a salesman. Scott had a fierce love for his family and lit up every room he walked into with heartwarming laughter. He was a man that would go to the ends of the Earth for his loved ones and held the title of fun dad, uncle, brother, and son with pride. He enjoyed spoiling those close to him with memories, love and laughter that will forever be cherished.
He is survived by his Princess, Kaitlyn Hirth, his love and pride for her had no bounds. As well as his father, Harry Hulmes, his siblings, Mike Hulmes, John (Jennie) Hulmes, Christine (Keith) Robins and Timothy (Elicia) Hulmes, his nieces and nephews Brittany Hulmes, Zach Hulmes, Rylee Pfeiffer, Noah Robins, Kara Robins, Alexa Hulmes, Molly Hulmes, Reese Hulmes and Owen Hulmes all whom he loved fiercely.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 31st at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 8800 N. Alpine Rd, Machesney Park. Celebration of Life Visitation at 9 a.m. until time of service for all those that wish to celebrate his life.
A great man is one who leaves others at a loss when he is gone.. and Scott Hulmes was certainly a great man, with a great heart who will be missed, his memories cherished, by many.
